Saturday, November 5th marks the official opening of Pinellas County’s newest Friends of the Library Bookstore. Located in the new West St. Petersburg Community Library, the bookstore is adjacent to the Circulation Desk on the ground floor.
From 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, the recently elected Board of Directors will welcome the public to a “Coffee, Tea, a Book, and Thee” event in the multipurpose room.
Hardcover and paperback books, including current fiction, cooking, health, and travel are offered at bargain prices. The library is located at the southeast corner of 8th Avenue North and 67th Street in St. Petersburg. For more information call the library at 341-7174 or Ms. Bennett-Manross at 341-7181.
The mission of the M. M. Bennett Library of St. Petersburg College in its support of the philosophy and objectives of the College is to provide comprehensive library and information services to meet the curricular, research, cultural and recreational needs of the college community.
