LEARN RESEARCH SKILLS; EARN COLLEGE CREDIT

Need to know how to research? The St. Petersburg College Libraries offer several courses designed to strengthen research skills needed for a successful college experience, and participants earn one hour of college credit while learning necessary skills. All classes are taught by SPC librarians.

LIS 1002-Electronic Research Skills- is offered in multiple formats.
LIS 1002-925 is taught online by Pat Barbier.
LIS 1002-2271 is taught by Chad Mairn in the Clearwater campus library on Saturdays 1/21 & 1/28, from 8:30-4:30.
LIS 1002-3615 is taught by Carolyn Poole at Allstate on Saturdays 2/18 & 2/25, from 8:30-4:30.
LIS 1002H-4068 (Honors) is taught online by Chad Mairn.



LIS 2004 -Introduction to Internet Research- is offered also.
LIS 2004 is taught by Shannon Bennett Manross in the St Petersburg Campus/West Community Library on Saturdays 2/4 and 2/ll, from 8:30 to 4:30.
