Pinellas County's 100th Year Anniversary

Come Celebrate!  100 Years Ago Western Hillsborough County Broke Away To Form Pinellas County

1912 was a tumultuous time in the world. The R.M.S. Titanic sank with 1,517 souls on board, the Republic of China was declared, Fenway Park in Boston opened its doors for the first time, and, among many other things, the western portion of Hillsborough County broke off to form Pinellas County.

Please join St. Petersburg College this Thursday, November 29th from 7-8pm on the Seminole Campus as we enjoy birthday cake and ice cream to celebrate the Centennial Anniversary of the formation of Pinellas County.

Guest Speakers:
Susan Demers, J.D.
Joseph S. Leopold, M.A.
